  Deep Draw Quality:  We offer various levels of Nickel content in the SS 304 grades,
  including standard 8% Nickel, as well as 9% Nickel and 9.5% Nickel content.  The higher
  nickel content allows for better deep drawing.  If you require more than 9.5% Nickel
  content, please inquire, as we occasionally have up to 10% Nickel in SS Type 304 and
  up to 12% Nickel in SS Type 304L.

  Tempers:  We offer AISI Type 304 and 304L Stainless Steel in strip / foil / coil, custom
  rolled in house from dead soft Annealed to Full Hard Tempers per ASTM A666, or custom
  Tempered to your specific Mechanical properties of Tensile, Yield and Elongation (and/or
  Hardness requirements).

  Bright Annealing:  Our 304 and 304L Stainless Steel is Annealed in a controlled
  atmosphere with accurate temperature, tension and low dew points for a bright 1BA finish.

  Gauges:  Our 304/304L SS strip / foil / coil is custom re-rolled from stock...  
  ... Standard 304: from .001" to .135" thick.
  ... 304 DDQ with 9% min Ni: .007" to .040" thick.

  Widths:  We precision slit to your custom widths, from as narrow as .250" in house
  (or narrower with our 3rd-party slitting partner), to as wide as 18", with tight tolerances.

  Minimum Orders:  Since we custom roll to gauge, our thinnest foil gauges require a 200 lb
  minimum, and as gauges get thicker, minimum order requirements increase marginally.
